Mutual Survey Insights - #4 of 8


At the recent World Credit Union Conference in Singapore, we ran a survey

"Using Data To Enhance Member Trust, Confidence and Value."


In the previous post, we saw that only 23% analyse all of their member interactions data. In the post before that, we saw that 83% had room for improvement in the quality of their member data.


What does this then mean for future plans?



Do you want to better serve your members? (4/8)

Very few have no future plans for the use of their data (some already doing a fair bit, others still learning about the possibilities).


With product improvement and better understanding members being top priorities, the previously highlighted shortcomings will need to be addressed to enable the stated future plans.

About the Survey

Opened at the World Credit Union Conference in Singapore during July 2018.

Survey remained open for two weeks after the conference.
