Mutual Survey Insights - #3 of 8
At the recent World Credit Union Conference in Singapore, we ran a survey
"Using Data To Enhance Member Trust, Confidence and Value."
In the previous post, we saw that 83% do not know their members as well as they should (levels of member data quality). Some room for improvement there.
What about listening to members - is this any better?
So only 23% analyse all of the data related to interactions with members (e.g. call centre voice recordings, free text notes in CRM systems).
