Mutual Survey Insights - #2 of 8
At the recent World Credit Union Conference in Singapore, we ran a survey
"Using Data To Enhance Member Trust, Confidence and Value."
Last week, we revealed that more than half of the survey respondents believed that their CUs did not use their data consistently. Perhaps the responses to the question below are indicative of why data is not used as extensively as expected:
In other words, 83% do not know their members as well as they should
(or, at best, know their members but this knowledge does not reflect in the data).
